Hackleback Caviar is an affordable luxury harvested from the mighty flowing rivers of the central U.S.A. The taste of this caviar is quite similar to Sevruga and Osetra. The beautiful glistening eggs are black in color with a slightly golden cast. The caviar has a distinguished, smooth, buttery flavor and an aromatic, savory, intense nutty taste. This Hackleback caviar comes from Wild North American Sturgeon also know as Shovelnose.
