| We ship your non-perishable items via Fedex standard 3-5 day ground shipping. If you order perishable and non-perishable items together, we will ship all items together via Fedex Overnight, since that is less expensive for you than 2 separate shipments. The only exceptions are some caviar servers and spoons, which ship separately via Priority Mail, but you are still only charged the cost of a single combined shipment. |

| Where We Ship: |
We ship only to domestic addresses with a physical address (no PO boxes). We regret that we cannot ship to Canada, internationally, or to P.O. Boxes. |
| When We Ship: |
Depending on when we receive your order, your items will ship the same day or the next day. We ship perishable orders Monday through Thursday to ensure weekday delivery. |
| Substitutes: |
Some of our products (seasonal cheeses in particular) are occassionally out of stock. In these rare cases, our experts will substitute a very similar item of equal or greater value. |
| Sales Tax: |
California sales tax will be added for orders shipped to a California address. |
