Stromluga roe is characterized by a deliciously mild smoky flavor and is often used to garnish different dishes like salads, pastas, cold soups and mousses.
It is made of the Herring roe dyed with natural squid ink and carefully preserved with natural ingredients like sea salt, corn starch, and lemon juice. Its grains are small and have pearlescent black color. Keep cold at all times. Do not freeze. Once opened keep refrigerated and consume within 10 days.
